Debra Hall is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of experience in primary care settings as well as gastroenterology. Her goal is to partner with you to improve health outcomes. She provides both episodic/acute care needs that can be completed during a virtual visit in addition to helping with chronic health conditions and prescription refills.

Diagnosis and treatment
Includes ordering/interpreting labs and imaging if necessary. The cost of the testing is based on your insurance coverage or through direct communication/negotiation with lab or imaging center
Electronic prescriptions sent to the pharmacy of your choice
Overhead costs are low to help keep the cost of personalized visits low.
We do not bill insurance companies for care
We are a cash-based agency that bills for the office visit at the time of service
Visits are $100/visit
Prescriber dictates the frequency of visits based on the ongoing oversight of medication management.
